First event of the company to put women choreographers in the spotlight. As part of the international women’s day the Stylistik company wanted to honor female artists. In collaboration with Le Croiseur in Lyon, the first edition was held Tuesday, March 8, 2011 and received two female solos and a work in progress of new creation of the Company, A ton image. The origami crane has become a symbol of peace because of this legend, and a Japanese girl named Sadako Sasaki. Sadako was exposed as a child to radiation from atomic bombing of Hiroshima. Nothing was apparent to his two years, where he detected a leukemia. Having heard the legend, she decided to fold a thousand cranes to heal. She died in 1955 at the age of 12 years, having folded 644 cranes. His classmates bent the remaining number and she was buried with the garland of a thousand cranes.
